How it happened:
Fontbonne got ahead early when the bases were loaded and Hinson was walked to bring in Ty Kueper. The Duhawks had their lone RBI in the fifth when Cullen singled bringing in Egan. The Griffins added five more to their lead in the 6th, when Thomas Purschke and Ty Kueper scored on a Paul Wilson double. Followed by a Braeden Dobbs double bringing in Chambliss, Gus Purschke, and Wilson. The final RBI of the night was scored on a Thomas Purschke Home Run.
Fontbonne Notables
- Purschke went four for five with a double, Home Run, two RBI , and a stolen base.
- Dobbs went two for five
- Chapman had two RBI
