Men's Cross Country Finish Fourth In SLIAC Preseason Poll

SLIAC MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY PRESEASON POLL
The Greenville Panthers, who have won six straight titles, hold the top spot with 42 points and six first-place votes. Webster University comes in second with 37 points and a first-place vote, while Principia edged out Fontbonne for third with 29 points.
The Griffins look to build off a 2021 season where they finished in fifth place at the SLIAC Championship which was its best since 2011.
The team welcomes back the likes of KeYonn Hall-Baker and Ian Cordell, while welcoming in six newcomers in Bradley Forest, Gabriel Hoekel, Ayden Illingworth, Dominic Mueller, Brent Revell, and Christopher Strange.
Fontbonne will get the 2022 campaign underway on September 3rd at the Memphis Twilight.
