Rabun And Seiz Earn SLIAC Awards
ST. LOUIS, Mo.—The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) released the Women’s Volleyball All-Conference Teams at the conclusion of the SLIAC Championship today. Maura Rabun was named to the SLIAC All-Conference Third Team, while Emma Seiz collected All-Sportsmanship Team honors.
ST. LOUIS, Mo.—The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) released the Women's Volleyball All-Conference Teams at the conclusion of the SLIAC Championship today. Maura Rabun was named to the SLIAC All-Conference Third Team, while Emma Seiz collected All-Sportsmanship Team honors.
Rabun, a St. Louis, Mo., native, earns All-Conference honors for the second straight season. This year, the senior set new career-highs in kills (238) and digs (72).
In her two seasons with Fontbonne, Rabun finishes out with 446 kills, a .255 hitting percentage, 107 digs, and 116 blocks. She ranks in the top-three all-time at Fontbonne in hitting percentage.
Seiz, a Chatham, Ill, native, ended the 2019 campaign with a career-high 134 kills. She also finished with a .186 hitting percentage and 40 blocks.
In her four-year career, Seiz totaled 424 kills, a .149 hitting percentage, 87 digs, 33 solo blocks, 188 block assists, and 221 total blocks. She ranks second all-time in block assists and fifth all-time in total blocks.
