St. Louis, Mo. - The Fontbonne women's tennis team defeated the Blackburn College Beavers 6-3 in thier first win of the season.

Heather Flick led the Griffins, winning her both her singles and doubles matches on the day. Fontbonne won five of their six singles matches while Flick and Annie Jones combined for the only Griffin doubles win.
