Castelline Earns Eighth Place Finish At NCAA Lower Midwest Regionals

DUBUQUE, Iowa.—Fontbonne University men's wrestler, Cody Castelline, became the first in program history to earn a top eight finish at the NCAA Division III Lower Midwest Regional today.

Today, Castelline started off the morning against Shandon Akeo and it was Akeo coming away with the major decision win. Castelline moved over to the seventh-place matchup to face Tyler Difiore, his opening matchup from yesterday. It was Difiore, though coming away with the sudden victory to finish in seventh, while Castelline ended up on the podium in eighth.
