JACKSONVILLE, Ill.—The Fontbonne University women's golf team hit the course for the first time this year at the Illinois College Spring Opener.
University of Dubuque "B" team won the event overall scoring a 96-over par 672 (340-332). John A. Logan Community College ended up in second place at 98-over par 674 (340-334).
Individually, Molly Ellis (John A. Logan CC) won with a 16-over par 160 (85-80). Grace Harlin led Fontbonne with a 23-over 95. Sarah Saddoris scored a 39-over par 111, while Catherine Fowler hit a 123.
