Men's Volleyball Teams up with 1st Phorm to bring 1st Phorm All-Skills Volleyball Camp

Join us for a full training experience, where you'll fine-tune your skills before tryouts and gain valuable knowledge on optimizing your performance and self-care for the upcoming season. 

 

Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the fundamentals or an advanced player aiming to sharpen your skills, this camp has something for everyone.

Our coaching staff is led by Fontbonne Men's and Women's head coaches, TJ Vorva and Jimmy Stika. The staff will also include current and former collegiate athletes who will guide you through drills that will help you fine-tune your skills before club tryouts. They will provide personalized attention, constructive feedback, and invaluable insights to help you excel in every facet of the game. 

 

1st Phorm is providing a 30 min presentation on optimizing your performance and self-care for the upcoming season. Samples of 1st Phorm products will be included for all campers. 

 

When: 8/13/23 9AM-12PM

 

Where: Dunham Student Activity Center on the campus of Fontbonne University (6800 Wydown Blvd. Clayton, Missouri 63105)

 

Age: All highschool boys welcome
