Men's Tennis Drops A Tough Contest Against Missouri Baptist

ST. LOUIS, Mo.—The Fontbonne University men's tennis team opened its spring season against Missouri Baptist on Tuesday and it was the Spartans coming away with the 9-0 victory.

How It Happened

In doubles action, the Spartans swept past the Griffins to own a 3-0 advantage going into singles play. In singles at the No. 1 slot, Sebastian Culton played well throughout, but Rod Aguiar won 6-3, 6-0. It was all Missouri Baptist the rest of the way as they went on for the 9-0 win.
