Fontbonne Men’s Golf Competes in Arizona
GILBERT, Ariz. – The Fontbonne University baseball team traveled to Arizona to open their spring schedule. They competed against Park-Gilbert, Arizona Christian and Benedictine-Mesa.
The host Park-Gilbert won the tournament with a total of 558, shooting 10 below par.
Arizona Christian took second, shooting 564 with four under. Benedictine-Mesa totaled 570 with two over par.
The Griffins finished fourth with a total of 664. They shot 334 in the first round and improved to 330 on round two.
JP Ruble finished in the 16th spot. He shot 76 in round one and 83 in round two, totaling 159.
Adam Cash placed 18th. He shot 82 on the first round and improved to 79 in the second round.
Zach Williams came right after in 19th. He shot 85 in round one and improved to 78 in round two.
Rounding out the Griffins were Kaden Augustine in 21st place. He shot 91 in round one and 90 in round two.
