Fontbonne Men’s Golf Competes in Arizona

GILBERT, Ariz. – The Fontbonne University baseball team traveled to Arizona to open their spring schedule. They competed against Park-Gilbert, Arizona Christian and Benedictine-Mesa.

The host Park-Gilbert won the tournament with a total of 558, shooting 10 below par.

Arizona Christian took second, shooting 564 with four under. Benedictine-Mesa totaled 570 with two over par.

The Griffins finished fourth with a total of 664. They shot 334 in the first round and improved to 330 on round two.

JP Ruble finished in the 16^th spot. He shot 76 in round one and 83 in round two, totaling 159.

Adam Cash placed 18^th. He shot 82 on the first round and improved to 79 in the second round.

Zach Williams came right after in 19^th. He shot 85 in round one and improved to 78 in round two.

Rounding out the Griffins were Kaden Augustine in 21^st place. He shot 91 in round one and 90 in round two.

The Griffins return to the course at Missouri Baptist on April 17-18.
