Men's Golf Finishes In Sixth At The SLIAC Championship
MADISON, Ill.—The Fontbonne University men’s golf team finished out the SLIAC Championship with its best round of the tournament scoring a 44-over par 328 to finish in sixth overall at 144-over par 996 (338-330-328).

Webster took home the title for the fourth straight season shooting a 57-over par 909 (306-295-308). Knox College ended in second at 104-over par 956 (317-323-316), while Lake Forest hit a 105-over par 957 (318-321-318) to finish in third.
Individually, Justin McCoy (Webster) won scoring a 5-over par 218 (74-73-71). Lake Deppe led Fontbonne finishing inside the top 20 hitting a 33-over par 246 (84-80-82) for 17th place.
Cody McKinney also had a strong final day totaling three birdies finishing at 35-over par 248 (86-81-81) for 22nd.
Both Ryan McKinney (85-84-83) and Cole Deppe (84-85-83) shot a 39-over par 252 for 28th, while Carson King also had his best round of the championship today scoring an 11-over par 82 to end the two day event at 44-over par 257 (85-90-82) for 33rd place.
