Men's Golf Ends Up In Eighth At The William Woods Spring Invite

FULTON, Mo.—The Fontbonne University men's golf team finished out its first tournament on the season in eighth place at the William Woods University Spring Invite.
How It Happened
Bellevue University – Nebraska won the event overall scoring a 14-over par 590 (298-292). William Woods ended up in second place at 34-over par 610 (296-314), while Columbia College finished in third at 36-over par 612 (307-305).
Individually, Bellevue had four of the top five spots led by Rodrigo Navarette scoring a 2-over par 146 (74-72) for the win.
Ryan McKinney led Fontbonne scoring a 21-over par 165 (83-82) for 39th place. Carson King hit his way to a 30-over par 174 (86-88) for 49th, while Lake Deppe totaled a 33-over par 177 (85-92) for 53rd. Cole Deppe ended up in 56th at 37-over par 181 (92-89). Mike Maloney rounded out the two-day event in 61st at 42-over par 186 (93-93).
