Men's Golf Finishes In Fifth In Iowa

BURLINGTON, Iowa. – The Fontbonne University men's golf team finished out the Southeastern CC/William Penn Fall Kickoff in fifth place with a 706 (344-362).

How It Happened

Host William Penn won with a 60-over par 636 (318-318). Southwestern CC ended up in second place at 91-over par 667 (342-325), while Southeastern CC closed out in third at 110-over par 686 (342-344).

Individually, Oscar Florez (William Penn), took home the individual title with a 10-over par 154 (73-81). Fontbonne, meanwhile, was led by Paul Henderson scoring a 23-over par 167 (80-87) for eight place. Lake Deppe, playing as an individual, scored a 26-over par 170 (82-88) for ninth place. Cole Deppe scored a 28-over par 172 (87-85).

Cole Deppe hit his way to a 28-over par 172 (87-85) for 11^th place, while Cody McKinney followed in 20^th at 39-over par 183 (89-94). Cole Prager turned in his scorecard at 40-over par 184 (88-96) for 23^rd place.
