GREENVILLE, Ill. – The Fontbonne University men's basketball team defeated Greenville College in a close matchup, 119-116.
For the second time this season, the Griffins had two athletes record a double-double (Adam Painter and Cheikh Thiam).
Eight athletes scored double digits in tonight's game.
By the Numbers
22 – Cheikh Thiam recorded his fifth double-double of the season with 22 points and 15 rebounds.
21 – Ethan Chartrand scored 21 points. He also had four rebounds and two assists.
16 – Elijah Rice recorded 16 points, six rebounds and five assists.
15 – Adam Painter recorded sis fourth double-double of the season with 15 points and 10 rebounds.
12 – Brent Wagner added 12 points to the win.
11 – Charles Nelson recorded 11 points, six assists, and three rebounds.
10 – Jordan Lewis and Jaylen Swinney each had 10 points. Swinney pulled down eight boards, while Lewis pulled down seven.
