WHITING, Ind. – The Fontbonne University sprint football team fell to Calumet College of St. Joseph this evening, 19-6. The Griffins move to 3-2 on the season.
In the first quarter, Calumet scored three points on a field goal to take the lead of the game.
KJ Burns scored a touchdown in a 62-yard pass from Temaj Taylor. Junior Pisoni kick failed, not earning the extra point for the Griffins, 6-3.
The Griffins were unable to score again, while Calumet scored 16 points in a row to take a 19-6 victory over Fontbonne.
