ST. LOUIS, Mo.—D3baseball.com has released the 2020 Preseason All-American Team today and Luke Summers was named to the First Team.
Summers, a St. Louis, Mo., native, garners the nominee for the first time in his career. The senior hurler is coming off a dominant and career setting 2019 campaign where he went 11-2 overall with eight complete games, totaling 127 strikeouts and a 0.67 ERA in 94.0 innings pitched.
In his three years, Summers is 22-8 in 223.0 innings pitched, totaling 250 strikeouts and a 2.42 ERA.
