Men's Lacrosse Student-Athlete Spotlight: Colin Benecke

Fontbonne University Senior Midfielder Colin Benecke led the Men’s Lacrosse team to their first season win with a dominating performance.

Benecke scored 6 goals in Fontbonne’s 10-8 victory over Beloit College on Saturday evening. Three of those goals came in a span of 7 minutes. Benecke, the leading scorer in the game, added an assist, totaling 7-points in the contest. Benecke also nabbed 3 ground balls and 5 caused turnovers, leading Fontbonne’s squad.
